Project Requirements

The goal for this assignment was to create a proposal to develop and donate land an organization that helps low to very low income residents of the Arden-Arcade area of Sacramento as allowed under the Sacramento County Zoning Code and take advantage of other local initiatives to assist in the financing of the project.

The following documents were required with the :

• Executive Summary of

• Land Ownership, Building Ownership, Property Management

• Sustainability of low income - very low income affordability

• Applicable laws and regulations governing the project

• Proposed letter to neighbors explaining the project and providing avenue for discussion

• Planning Drawing Set

• Project Cost Estimates
